How does it work?

You can subscribe for recurring shipments of your favorite Vina products. Select the “Subscribe and Save 15% on all shipments” option on the product page and select your frequency.

Can I cancel anytime?

Of course! You can cancel at any time by going to Your Account, clicking on the specific product subscription and selecting “Cancel Subscription.” Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need additional support at orders@drinkvina.com.

How do I manage my subscription?

Whether you want to change your flavor or skip a shipment, it’s easy to adjust your VINA delivery at any time. After your first subscription is placed, you will want to log into your VINA account. Go to “Your Subscriptions” to edit your ship date, frequency, quantity, add one-time products and more.

Where do you ship?

We ship nationwide to all 50 States and we are also available on Amazon.

Can you deliver to PO Boxes or AFO/FPO addresses?

Unfortunately, at this time we only deliver to physical street addresses.

What is your processing time?

Depending on what time you place your order and the final destination, processing and shipping takes approximately 2-5 business days.

How can I track my order?

Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number that you can use to keep tabs on your order.

How do I manage my online subscription?

You can manage your subscription via your online account that you can access through our website at the top right hand side of the menu. For anything urgent, you can also contact us at orders@drinkvina.com.

Does VINA need to be refrigerated?

VINA ships at room temperature and is safe to be stored at room temp. However to maintain best quality and optimum stability, store VINA cold long term, especially right before serving.
